Personal Belongings & Insurance

No Pets

We do not allow pets. Our apartments are not set up to accommodate animals. Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome. Under the ADA, service animals are dogs individually trained to perform work or tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control and may not be left unattended in the apartment. The U.S. Department of Justice specifically addresses this in its ADA guidance for hotels. For additional information, please see the ADA Service Animal Requirements: https://www.ada.gov/resources/service-animals-2010-requirements/
