What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

How does check-in work?

It’s self check-in. Go directly to your suite and use your door code.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel for free until 30 days before arrival. You’ll be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

How many guests can stay in an apartment?

Up to 4 guests per apartment. Each one-bedroom apartment has a separate bedroom with a king-size memory foam bed, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

What is in the kitchen?

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances: a full-size fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. You’ll also find a coffee maker, toaster, cookware and bakeware (including cookie sheets), dishes and silverware for six, wine glasses and drinking glasses, new knives, and cutting boards.

Which apartments have patios or views?

Apartments 1, 4, and 5 are on the ground floor with a private back patio. Apartment 8 is on the ground level with a private patio. It’s discounted because it faces another building, is next to the laundry room, and has a shower only. Apartment 9 is in its own building with a little front patio. Apartments 2, 3, 6, and 7 are on the 2nd floor, with some river and mountain views.

Is there an elevator?

No. Apartments 2, 3, 6, and 7 are on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs, and there is no elevator. Apartments 1, 4, 5, and 8 are on the ground floor, and Apartment 9 is in its own building.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free off-street parking is included, with one space per apartment.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps) is included.

Is there laundry?

Yes. There’s a shared on-site laundry room with a free washer and dryer. Please don’t use the laundry after 10:00 PM.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes. Every apartment has quiet mini-split heating and air conditioning with individual temperature control.

What TVs are in the apartments?

The living room has a new 65″ Samsung 4K Smart TV with Roku, so you can stream your favorite services. The bedroom has a 50″ TV.

Are pets allowed?

No, we don’t allow pets. Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome. They must stay under the handler’s control and can’t be left unattended in the apartment.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Hood River Suites is a non-smoking property. Smoking isn’t allowed inside any apartment, on patios or outside entry doors, within 10 feet of the building, or in the gazebo or near the BBQ areas. Violating the no-smoking policy may result in a $500 charge.

Are parties or events allowed?

No parties or events. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

Is daily housekeeping provided?

Daily housekeeping isn’t provided during your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for $25 per hour.
