Reservation Form Agreement
A reservation deposit of 50% of total rental fee (including tax and/or any additional fees) is required within seven days of making a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, personal checks (if sent 45 days prior to arrival).
Cancellation Policy or Early Check out: Payments will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook the accommodations. A $75 re-booking fee will apply.

______initial NO PETS If we find that you have a pet, your credit card will be charged $300.00 to have the carpets and upholstery cleaned. Your account will also be charged for any additional damages that exceed the $300.00 fine. By signing below, you are agreeing to this policy.
______initial NO SMOKING: No smoking inside the unit, on Patio, or within 10feet of the building.
Failure to follow this policy will result in your card being charged $300.00 (to be used for laundering all linens and towels in the house and cleaning carpets, furniture, etc.). By signing below, you are agreeing to this policy.
Your Credit Card is on file, but will not be charged unless something is missing or damaged. We have a very detailed inventory list (including photo and video inspections) Management will do a very complete inspection after each guest departs. The amount to replace any items beyond normal wear and tear, will be charged against the card on file.
Three hours of cleaning is allocated upon check-out. If excessive cleaning is needed in addition, you will first be notified. By signing this agreement, you are authorizing management to charge your credit card for the additional amount at a rate of $30 per hour.
All items left behind will be saved for you to pick up. If you need them mailed, there is a $25 handling fee, plus the shipping costs.
NO LOUD NOISES AFTER 10:00 PM Please be respectful to your neighbors, and keep all loud sounds down after 10:00 pm. If guests have to complain about loud behavior, you will be warned. If the noise is enough to involve police, you will be asked to leave. You will not be refunded for any unused days.
Our insurance policy does not cover you or your guest’s personal belongings. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN BEING WARNED, AND POSSIBLY ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED DAYS DUE TO VIOLATIONS.
Guests agree to hold Julie Scheyer and Hood River Suites, LLC harmless for any damages to self or personal property resulting from accident, injury, or loss due to weather, flood, defective construction, fire, theft, or any other reason. In the event any suit or action is filed arising out of or relating to this agreement, the Non-prevailing party shall pay the attorney’s fees and costs of the prevailing party, whether related to arbitration, trial or appeal.
I authorize the representatives of Hood River Suites, LLC, and Julie Scheyer to charge my above identified credit card, for the agreed upon rental fees and other authorizations stated above. I also consent to charges to my credit card for any extra cleaning or damage that may occur during my stay.
Inserting your name below shall be deemed to be your signature for all legal purposes and shall have the same legal effect as if it were your original handwritten signature.
